TRENDING NOW: Transeasonal Workwear

We are in a season of functional wardrobes, striving to find pieces that can do it all! Clothing that can be worn multiple ways during each season are essential for every closet. The outfits that we put together this week are inspired by the women who do it all and need clothing to clothing to simplify their life!

SMART CASUAL

SWEATER | SHIRT | PANT | FLAT | BAG | BRACELET

We love a smart casual dress code because it means denim is acceptable! To keep the look elevated and professional, we opted for this all-season dark denim with no distressing. Drape the knit over your shoulders, cuff your shirt sleeves and you are ready for a chic office outfit that will keep you comfortable all day long! This cashmere sweater is also great for layering into fall and winter.

BUSINESS CASUAL

VEST | TANK | SKIRT | HEEL | BAG | EARRING | BRACELET

For business casual, we treasure the opportunity to make the most of our separates. The vest and slip skirt are incredibly versatile, and multi-seasonal and can be updated by layering (or lack thereof) to suit the season. For summer, the vest can either be worn as a top with the belt option to accentuate the waist or open over a nice knit. Moving into cooler temps, swap out the sleeveless knit for a blouse with a statement long sleeve or a turtleneck, along with layering in a tight and chic boot. In this attire, we get to have a little fun with accessories, and these gold details pack an unexpected little punch.

BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL

BLAZER | VEST | PANT | HEEL | BAG

Working in a more traditional environment but still wanting to feel cool? We love the idea of wanting to create our own suited look with this transeasonal pant from Lafayette. You can wear this now but also well into fall and winter. To keep this look easy, we did a tailored grey vest and then, over top, layering it with a black linen blazer to keep you nice and cool and, of course, a straw bag for an added bit of summer novelty. To transition this look into winter, you could layer a turtle neck underneath the vest, add a long and lean topcoat, switch the pump for a boot, and change the handbag!
