Do you ever find yourself wandering through the airport, and a chic fellow traveler catches your eye? She somehow manages to look stylish and comfortable. How does she do it you wonder? We have a few ideas on how to attain a polished look while combating travel chaos, no matter your style profile.
Our tips:
Layers are key
Comfort doesn’t always mean sloppy
Remember to incorporate your personal style
JACKET | SWEATER | TEE | PANT | SHOE | HAT | EARRINGS | BAG
Achieving that edgy flare for when you are traveling is all about the styling! It’s about layering and adding those small touches that create high impact. For this look, we are keeping the foundation of the look simple. A more loose fitting track pant that might be of use on your actual trip, an easy white tee, and a simple cashmere knit layered atop for warmth. To jazz up the vibes, we added all the things. Chic baseball hat, oversized hobo bag as a carry-on, silver hoop earrings, sporty sneakers, and the collared leather jacket just to top it off!
SWEATER | TEE | PANT | SOCKS | SHOE | NECKLACE | BAG
While a matching set is perfect for feeling pulled together while jet setting, we also love creating your own set from similarly toned pieces to luxe-up neutral layers. For a relaxed vibe, keep the silhouettes soft, but layer in a fitted tee to maintain balance. Add a cool, chunky necklace and a slight pop of color for the bag to make it a little more unexpected. Don’t forget the sock!
COAT | TOP | PANT | SHOE | HEADPHONES | BAG
The best outfits for travel combine comfort with style, prioritizing soft fabrics that feel light and breathable but still feel polished. With early flights, busy airports, and long lines, it can be challenging to keep it all together AND look stylish. Wearing a trench coat is a sure way to add a classic flare to any outfit. Paired here with a trendy track pant, an off-the-shoulder top, and sneakers, give you an easy, classic (not to mention comfortable) look.
