When taking this runway look and applying to your everyday life, this definitely is not one we recommend for a formal office. But look for opportunities to pair your favorite mid-length short with a soft blouse and a boyfriend cardigan or blazer. It can be a great look for the casual work environment or meeting, just make the hemline a little longer. To take into evening, try a little shine, like metallic or sequins, like this one from Alice + Olivia. Pair with a more formal blouse or jacket… This is a look we are recommending only for women who are confident showing a little leg!

I love that designers are putting out short shorts. Its a fun look that I was rocking last spring. I especially love the Brian Reyes’s bright orange shorts with the flowy top.
